Is there a nightly minimum?We do not have a nightly minimum.

When is check-in and check-out?Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and Check-out is at 11:00 am. We do offer early check-in for an additional $30 if you are interested (you can select at checkout). This allows you to check in at least 2 hours early.

Do you have Wi-fi?Yes! we have fast wifi so you can work remotely!

Do you have food?All the rooms have a coffee maker and mini fridge, shared kitchen is equipped with an electric range, fridge & freezer. Café Homestead is within 3min walking distance you can also see some of our other favorites in the guest manual.

When is the best time to visit?Our rooms were designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each is equipped with a heating & AC unit. The property is truly stunning in each season of the year.

Are children allowed?Yes, the Inn is a boutique hotel, and subsequently is not very soundproof between floors so please be respectful of noise. We provide pack-n-plays in each of the room for infants.

What size are the rooms?The 4 suites are approximately 485 square feet, with a King bed and small pull-out couch suitable for young children in each.

Are your rooms accessible?Due to the historic nature of this Inn, access into the downstairs rooms involves at least two steps.

What is your policy for cancellations and rescheduling requests?- 100% refunds are given for any cancellations made until 30 days before check-in. - 50% refund for cancellations made within 30 days but before 14 days of check-in. - No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. - We are happy to reschedule your stay up to 45 days prior to check-in but a 10% rescheduling fee will apply. Please note, we are unable to reschedule your stay if given less than 14 days' notice before your scheduled check-in.
